The Innate Postpartum Care, Planning for the Fourth Trimester, taught by INNATE Postpartum Care Certified practitioner, Stephanie Seliga-Soulseed, is an immersive, live online and in person class designed for expecting parents to prepare for a regenerative and nourishing postpartum period. It guides couples through the Five Essentials of Postpartum Healing—rest, warmth, nutrient-dense foods, bodywork, and supportive community—rooted in cross-cultural wisdom and modern science. Participants create a personalized postpartum plan that honors physical, emotional, and relational transformation after birth, empowering both mothers and fathers with clarity, purpose, and confidence. The course emphasizes thriving rather than merely surviving in the fourth trimester.
Testimonials
-
This class gave us a new foundation for thinking about welcoming our child into the world. Up until we took it, we were only thinking about the birth. No ammount of reading books could have provided us with the holistic understanding this education offered our whole family. It provided context and understanding for the journey of welcoming our son into the world.

Your class changed my life and I had such a supported post-partum expereince, the best of my three pregnancies.

As a hospital labor and delivery nurse, I had no context for the level of transformation I would experience in witnessing an intact home birth and postpartum period. Stephanie shares experience, not just information that will lay a foundation for the first days of life for your child. I cannot emphasize enough the power of the tranmission for the whole family.
